Your Tech Team in Brussels
- Technology affects every aspect of our lives. As our world becomes increasingly connected, the distinction between analogue and digital is blurred. A changing world will require an updated regulatory landscape.

Transforming digital policies
Our role is to help our clients navigate the challenges of a growing body of EU law for digital, while identifying opportunities to shape, influence and feed into lawmaking. Our team of experts cover topics from data and data protection to connectivity, cybersecurity, the digital consumer agenda, and more.
Our team
Case Study 1: Fully integrated advocacy campaign
Problem
The client, an informal coalition of global companies including equipment manufacturers, software providers, and social networking companies, wanted to raise awareness about their technology ahead of an international conference where the EU was set to prepare a common position.
Action
We supported the coalition with a fully integrated campaign. Our support included objectives & strategy setting and tactics, full implementation (from intelligence gathering to outreach support equipping the client with the right advocacy material); media engagement (with sectoral and generalist policy-focused media coverage; as well as social media promotion); organisation of multiple events.
Solution
Our support allowed members of the coalition to have their arguments heard. Recognised as a thought leader in Brussels when it comes to connectivity, the campaign allowed the coalition to transform a very technical topic into an appealing and relevant topic for Brussels-media and policymakers.

Case Study 2: Strategic guidance, intelligence & advocacy
Problem
A well-established European toy production company wanted to ensure that the Digital Services Act (DSA) developed into a proportionate and adequate regulatory framework, enhancing consumer and brand protection.
Action
To achieve their objectives, we drafted a public affairs strategy that comprised intelligence gathering & strategic guidance to keep the client aware of brand protection issues and support the development of their positioning. Drawing on our senior advisors’ experience in the EU institutions, we then developed recommendations for targeted strategic engagement with stakeholders, helping shape and fine-tune the company's messages vis-à-vis policymakers.
Solution
Thanks to our joint efforts, we succeeded in keeping the client “at the table” of the key discussions on the DSA, while also helping them assess the impact of legislation on the business and feeding information to the different internal divisions.

Case Study 3: Building bridges between public and private sectors
Problem
An association gathering media and technology companies requested our support in running a high-level industry council with two ultimate objectives in mind: i) establishing a forum for strategic reflection on medium- to longer-term business and technology trends in the industry, and ii) becoming a trusted interlocutor for the EU institutions at the highest level on topics such as data ownership & sovereignty, the ethical use of algorithms, artificial intelligence, online disinformation, and digital economy policy.
Action
Our support included strategic advice on both the internal dimension of the project, i.e. internal structures, roles, and ways of working, as well as the strategy for external engagement. We supported the management of the association, organising monthly meetings to ensure a regular dialogue among the members and agreement on immediate actions. We also Organised of high-level events to drive the group’s external engagement with EU policymakers.
Solution
We helped the members to agree on and implement a common mission. We continue to support the delivery of a targeted outreach strategy that looks ahead at 2024. The ultimate goal is to differentiate this organization from its competitors as the voice of the industry.
