Mario Greco

Mario Greco graduated from the College of Europe Bruges in 2024 with a thesis on the new European packaging legislation. Prior to that, he was an intern at the Italian Permanent Representation to the European Union, where he focused on international trade and, more specifically, on EU-US trade relations. Before coming to Brussels, Mario worked as an analyst for a Rome based consultancy, dealing mainly with circular economy issues and the energy transition of hard-to-abate industries. He holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and a Bachelor’s in Political Sciences from Sapienza University and spent one year at the Institute d’Études Politiques of Rennes as an Erasmus student.
