Paul Verburg
Research Executive, Brussels
Paul is a Research Executive in the Healthcare practice. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in European Studies and a Master’s degree in European Studies with specialisation in International Relations from Maastricht University.
Prior to joining Rud Pedersen he worked as an intern at the House of the Dutch Provinces where he developed an inventory of cross border health challenges in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Furthermore, until July 2024, Paul was a Blue Book Trainee in the Cabinet of former Health Commissioner Stella Kyriakides focusing on a wide variety of health policy fields including the European Health Union, Europe's Beating Cancer Plan, AMR, NCDs, and Health & Climate.
Paul is fluent in Dutch and English with an advanced knowledge of Spanish and an intermediate knowledge of French.
