Alessandro advises a wide range of clients operating within the tech and financial services industries, with a particular focus on AI and data, AML/CFT, crypto-assets, and payments.
His expertise lies in the intersection of technology, regulation, and financial integrity, particularly in relation to fintech, digital assets, and EU supervisory developments. Since joining Rud Pedersen in 2025, he has helped clients anticipate supervisory expectations and position their business models in line with emerging policy trends. He also works closely with senior leadership teams to translate complex regulatory developments into clear strategic choices.
Alessandro previously interned at Europol, where he worked in the Institutional and Legal Affairs team on financial crime frameworks.
